- Validation of the correctness of navigation continuity on mobile and desktop devices

Analysis of the site from the user’s perspective assuming critical analysis of up to three selected user paths. Allows detection of basic errors, creating a list of their identification and giving recommendations.

- To provide a list of the most common usability problems based on analysis of user behavior and recommendations for elements that need improvement (along with estimation of potential costs of implementing changes).
Includes activities:

- Audit based on Nielsen-Molich heuristics
- Testing of navigation elements for legibility and contrast
- Validation of the correctness of navigation continuity on mobile and desktop devices
- User behavior analysis (requires HotJar or other software installed to record user sessions)
- Website analytics (requires provision or configuration and provision of analytical tools such as Google Analytics)
