JDP Drapała & Partners – how did we start working together?
Wise People has been consistently building its recognition on the legal market, which is why the marketing department of JDP Drapała & Partners approached us.
For seven years, the law firm has been supporting the Saint Nicholas Foundation, which implements scholarship projects, provides assistance to family-type children’s homes, and offers psychological support to children and young people. During this time, it has managed to raise nearly PLN 100,000 for the Foundation.
JDP had clear project objectives: to send an attractive, engaging Christmas card to people on its mailing list, encouraging them to click on links that would contribute to donations to the Saint Nicholas Foundation. Ergo: more engaged email recipients mean even higher donations to a worthy cause.
Aesthetics, functionality, pace of work – overarching design goals
Since we began discussions relatively close to Advent, we immediately assembled a project team to move from the brief to specific assumptions and arrangements. Through joint discussion, we agreed to focus on:
- a creative design that takes into account the aesthetics and brand of JDP Drapała & Partners, with a buffer for iteration and design changes,
- a well-thought-out UX path to maximize the engagement of mailing recipients,
- reliable technology that will allow the Christmas card to be displayed and run smoothly regardless of the medium used.
We wanted a project that would combine a festive form with real engagement from recipients and a measurable social impact. The collaboration with Wise People went very smoothly – from quickly understanding our assumptions, through aesthetics consistent with the JDP brand, to reliable technological implementation. We appreciate their partnership approach, pace of work, and ability to translate ideas into an engaging experience for recipients.

From words to deeds, or a quick creative process
On the one hand, the project required creative, communication, and technological skills. On the other hand, it was a relatively small undertaking, involving only a few dozen hours of work by a holistic team. Thirdly, there was a deadline on the horizon and requirements commensurate with the client’s high market position.
With the added motivation of the project’s noble CSR character, we got down to work. In order to carry out the project at the highest level, the following people were involved in the individual stages of the project:
- business delivery manager, project manager & brand manager,
- graphic designer & UX/UI designer,
- front-end developers,
- e-mail marketing specialist.
Thanks to reliable, two-way communication with the marketing department of JDP Drapała & Partners, we were able to implement the concept within the agreed framework. Most importantly, in the pre-Christmas atmosphere, the law firm can now conduct communication activities and, at the same time, promote support for the Saint Nicholas Foundation.
Let’s support good initiatives
Every year, we engage in projects that are in line with our organization’s social DNA. In 2024, this involved providing substantive support to two fantastic organizations: the Iskierka Foundation and the Onkorodzice Foundation. On the occasion of a special project with JDP Drapała & Partners, we would like to ask our community to support initiatives such as the Saint Nicholas Foundation. To set a good example 🙂, we decided to share the profits from the project and donate PLN 6,000 to the organization.
As every Christmas, we support charitable initiatives during this special time of year. It was perfect timing that at the end of 2025, we were able to creatively and technologically support the Christmas activities of the JDP law firm, and at the same time, make a financial contribution to the Saint Nicholas Foundation. Let’s share the good, promote valuable organizations, which I warmly encourage!
