Comprehensive Research and Product Design Project for Poland's Largest Educational Platform Supporting Driving Test Preparation
Over 140 Research Findings and Recommendations: Including audits, interviews with B2B and B2C users, heatmap analyses, and competitive research.
Analysis of Over 13,000 App Reviews: Conducted using a proprietary AI tool.

The results:

Reworked user flows and architecture for B2B and B2C platforms, as well as iOS and Android apps. Content updates including offers, email campaigns, and a brand refresh.
User Interface (UI) design based on complete wireframes – a complex design process with over 250 micro-iterations throughout.
A new, intuitive UI designed for both current and new users, based on complete wireframes.
A complex design process involving over 250 micro-iterations focusing on the functionality and aesthetics of the project.
