Rapala.tc – A travel agency or a luxury bespoke service?
Based in Warsaw’s Wilanów district, RTC (Rapala Travel Concierge) is the realization of a vision where a trip, an excursion, or a journey becomes a fully individual, personalized experience. Luxury is not measured solely by financial factors – true luxury lies in the very possibility of traveling the world outside the existing system of tour operators.
RTC is the original vision of Agnieszka Rąpała, founder of the Rapala travel agency and RTC, who has been inspiring others for years, proving that the true measure of travel organization is a personalized approach that defies conventional patterns.
In practice, thanks to RTC, one can reach virtually every corner of the world – from American or European metropolises to the exotic islands of Oceania and the Caribbean. Boutique hotels, strictly personalized attractions, and individually prepared logistics go hand in hand with key values for the target audience, such as discretion and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the most demanding clients. Naturally, time efficiency is also vital, stemming from the fact that the entire journey is designed holistically.
RTC – Project assumptions and process
Work on the design and implementation of the Rapala Travel Concierge website began with in-depth Discovery Workshops. We meticulously analyzed the character of both brands (Rapala Travel Agency and RTC), along with the needs of the target groups and the value proposition.
It quickly became clear that RTC did not need a typical travel agency website. The site’s role was to share experiences and inspiration, reaching audiences looking for “something different,” who “want more,” and “want it differently.” A concierge-style approach is such a niche and luxury service in the travel world that the project primarily focused on showing potential clients that such an approach – contrary to the habits and standards of ordinary tour operators – is possible and available.
An integral part of Wise People’s Discovery Workshops is the discussion of visual direction and the presentation of a recommended site architecture, accompanied by style-defining moodboards. A major strength of RTC’s offering is the sophisticated, high-quality video materials produced worldwide, as well as photography and text content suggestively synonymous with the uniqueness of the destinations reachable through such a strictly personalized expedition.
Wise People was responsible for developing a unique UI/UX design and subsequently implementing the new site using the WordPress engine and Gutenberg blocks. Thanks to our custom template and refined design system, our websites are, on the one hand, “tailor-made” (just like Rapala Travel Concierge’s offers), and on the other, the modular construction allows for free and independent development – for instance, adding new travel destinations, inspirations, or dedicated landing pages.

Project Results – The new digital face of Rapala Travel Concierge
The Rapala.tc website is a precise reflection of the project assumptions and key values communicated to the target group. The layout, content architecture, and the design itself (including the well-thought-out color palette, font selection, effects, and micro-animations) are oriented towards:
An aesthetic projection of unique travel experiences,
Market proof and inspirations encouraging travel against the grain,
The highest quality of service and a personalized approach to traveling.
High website performance (despite the bold use of effects, transitions, and animations), an SEO-friendly approach, and a focus on security without compromising the convenience of independent dashboard management… this is the Wise People approach in a nutshell. We are engaged in the project alongside the Advalue and SEMCORE agencies, striving through a synergy of actions to achieve long-term strategic goals.

Summary: RTC as a new dimension of travel communication
The Polish market is not short of travel agencies, interesting travel influencers, or content created under every latitude. Paradoxically, however, it is very difficult to find brands that treat clients in a truly individual way. Rapala.tc aims not so much to increase scale, but to provide extraordinary experiences and constantly raise the bar.
For Wise People, the collaboration with RTC was also an interesting challenge and an opportunity to tackle a demanding, highly visual area. WordPress websites powered by dozens of high-quality videos and photos must meet the highest standards of performance, security, and flexibility, regardless of the devices used.
Rapala.tc is more than just a few design details; it features a thoughtful user journey and a reliable engine hidden behind numerous inspiring photographs. Ultimately, it is a true digital book of inspiration that makes us believe it is possible to travel differently than the market suggests. We hope that through this collaboration, this new approach to travel organization will gain more enthusiasts.
