A UX audit allows you to see what works and what needs improvement. But the diagnosis itself is only the first step. What’s next? How do you turn recommendations into concrete changes? There are several scenarios – and each one starts with one fact: you have a solid analysis of the situation in your hands.
The UX Audit is the Start of Change
A UX audit report is more than just a list of errors. It is material that can become the basis for:
- further implementation cooperation with the Wise People team,
- a thorough technological or image change.
- independent changes (if you have the competence and resources).
The good news? Thanks to the audit cooperation, we already know your project well, so we take the next steps faster and more effectively
3 Scenarios After a UX Audit
Our cooperation doesn’t have to end with the handover of our UX analysts’ report. Here are the most common paths that clients take. Each has its own rationale – check which scenario best suits your situation.
1. We Implement the Recommendations from the Audit
This is a common and, in many situations, understandable choice. Based on the report:
- we jointly determine the priorities for changes,
- we prepare a valuation of the work (time & material model + % for PM and QA service),
- we implement fixes at the UI/UX design level and the technological layer (front-end/back-end).
The result? We quickly move from analysis to real results, improving user convenience and the effectiveness of the website/application.
2. We Create a New Website or Application
The audit clearly shows: the current website is outdated, uneditable, or based on technology that limits development. Sometimes this is the result of branding changes, sometimes the effects of the previous agency’s work. Regardless of the reasons, a step back must be taken to analyze how to set a new milestone in your business. In such a case:
- we organize Discovery Workshops during which we deepen the business goals,
- we create an action plan and a new solution architecture,
- we start a new project, using insights from the audit (we know what not to repeat and what to pay special attention to).
3. You Will Introduce the Changes Independently
There is also a third scenario: You have your own team or freelancer, and the recommendations are mainly cosmetic. In theory, you don’t need us as an implementation team. But we can still help:
- conduct a WCAG audit or accessibility tests – deepening the existing analysis,
- support your SEO/SEM campaign (we cooperate in this area with a top agency, SEMCORE),
- develop a business and marketing strategy as part of individual consulting.
