The Bydgoszcz Hackathon has been the flagship event of the Bydgoszcz IT Cluster for years, but until now, it has only operated on a local scale. Through rebranding, strategic planning, and execution, along with co-organizing the BKI hack, we are elevating it to a nationwide level of recognition. From now on, the proven formula of the hackathon in Bydgoszcz can be replicated in other cities, attracting an even broader range of sponsors and partners.
