


When I created the Kancelarie CONSEIL brand without much thought, envisioning a boutique group of specialists operating under a common banner, firstly, I didn’t anticipate that my own team and the number of specializations would grow so significantly. Secondly, I shared the illusion, like many even excellent but overly ambitious startup founders, that in just a few years this business should manage without me, so it was better to remain invisible. Of course, during the renaissance of personal brand theory and practice, this assumption quickly failed, as it was far too abstract.
